very helpful and knowledgeable

I've worked with a number of realtors now, and I was totally surprised by how dedicated and conscientious Theza was. She was always on top of what had to be done, and very responsive. The best part was that she really went above and beyond when it came to staging my house and making sure the job was done right. Theza is smart and highly competent and responsible. You're lucky if you get to work with her.

We were looking for a property and a bit pessimistic that we would find one or could even swing it financially. As soon as we met Bob we just got the impression that he was going to make it happen. Even after some disappointments he just kept saying "oh it will happen"! He found us properties that were not even on the market yet and then showed us a house via face timing us when we couldn't get there to see it ourselves. In the end it did indeed happen. We got our house thanks to Bob and his team. Would highly recommend !
