Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. We were looking for a property and a bit pessimistic that we would find one or could even swing it financially. As soon as we met Bob we just got the impression that he was going to make it happen. Even after some disappointments he just kept saying "oh it will happen"! He found us properties that were not even on the market yet and then showed us a house via face timing us when we couldn't get there to see it ourselves. In the end it did indeed happen.
