We were looking for a property and a bit pessimistic that we would find one or could even swing it financially. As soon as we met Bob we just got the impression that he was going to make it happen. Even after some disappointments he just kept saying "oh it will happen"! He found us properties that were not even on the market yet and then showed us a house via face timing us when we couldn't get there to see it ourselves. In the end it did indeed happen. We got our house thanks to Bob and his team. Would highly recommend !

We have know Bob Idell for a few years now. We first met him when he had clients who rented our Ocean City shore home. We were so impressed by him that we switched to him as our rental agent. He has patiently helped us for quite some time find our future retirement home. Once we found our dream home he immediately listed our home and it sold in 2 weeks. He was right on top of things. He had a professional photographer take pictures and highlighted all of our best features on our home. He scheduled open houses. Everything went swiftly and smoothly. We make settlement on the sale if our home very soon. He negotiated the purchase of our future home which we are looking forward to becoming full time Ocean City residents. Sharon was always well prepared to include critical details. She followed through on sales plans and made adjustments as necessary. She was excellent on keeping me "the seller" up-to-date and well prepared to handle my position as "the seller". The "Covid Virus" began in the USA about March 16, 2020 -- less than a week after listing my home for sale. She handled all of the special requirements of sales activities during the virus. She sold my home to my satisfaction -- mission accomplished!
