We were looking for a property and a bit pessimistic that we would find one or could even swing it financially. As soon as we met Bob we just got the impression that he was going to make it happen. Even after some disappointments he just kept saying "oh it will happen"! He found us properties that were not even on the market yet and then showed us a house via face timing us when we couldn't get there to see it ourselves. In the end it did indeed happen. We have know Bob Idell for a few years now. We first met him when he had clients who rented our Ocean City shore home. We were so impressed by him that we switched to him as our rental agent. He has patiently helped us for quite some time find our future retirement home. Once we found our dream home he immediately listed our home and it sold in 2 weeks. He was right on top of things.
