I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate. After her support and teaching me the process, I figured whats the difference between Lot Lease and Property Taxes? Do you ever own the land anyways? My experience with Maurice was incredible . I was able to reach out to him anytime of the day or night as well as weekends . His knowledge and expertise was astounding . He was patient in his explanations (I had many questions) . He accurately explained the steps and stages that we were going through as well as the next steps that would be taken . If he was unsure of something his response was always “ I don’t know “ but I will get back to you and he did . He oversaw the sale from start to finish and I feel that he gave the maximum effort to achieve my goals . In short he is the absolute best that a person could get . Ps.
