It was my first time, I had a lot of mixed feelings and Ms Erikson made me feel at ease! If I had to do it over, I would have Dawn Erikson as my agent!!!!!

I met Patricia by chance and am glad I did. She found me a bunch of homes to look at based on what my stated needs were. We found the home we were looking for in a short period of time and Patricia was great at communication my needs and concerns to the sellers representatives. She was patient and kept everyone at bay while we went thru the mortgage process. In the end we closed on our new home quick and simple. She was great!

Susan did a great job of ascertaining and then showing us the type of houses we were interested in so that we didn’t waste time! She was very personable and professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her!
