You would think selling waterfront property would be easy, but when it comes to living on the water, there are a lot of concerns for buyers. Mike aggressively marketed the property and found the perfect buyer while also getting me a great deal.
Melisa helped me find this property last year, and when it came time to sell, she made the entire process effortless. She was thoughtful, professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish.
My entire experience was everything I could have hoped for. From start to finish Steve was available and consistent. As a first time home buyer he made sure me and my family stayed informed throughout the entire process. There aren’t enough characters available to express our gratitude.
