I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate. After her support and teaching me the process, I figured whats the difference between Lot Lease and Property Taxes? Do you ever own the land anyways? We know Linda as a family friend. She had great experience as a realtor and really helped us with the process. She helped us get pre approved for our mortgage fast and if we were interested in a house she took us to see it. She gave us tips as we were looking at houses and told us if the house was worth it or not. She was honest about the houses we looked at and the prod and cons.
