We cannot say enough good things about Linda Burke. She is knowledgeable, very thorough, and personable. Before choosing her, we had interviewed many real estate agents. She was very helpful when we were getting our house ready for sale by giving us many specific and affordable recommendations. Other agents either did not offer us many ideas, or they were suggesting major and expensive renovations. Her solid knowledge of the structural and mechanical parts of houses was helpful, both when we were selling and buying. She was also a strong negotiator for us concerning repairs when we bought our new home. We recommend her highly.

Mark has been very instrumental to us during our relocation back to New Jersey. He took his time, listened to what we like and don’t like, and helped us look at a list of houses. And due to scheduling conflicts with our current jobs, he should that list of homes twice on separate occasions. We do appreciate his time and efforts for that! Mark had kept us up to date with all information regarding the buy of the house up until closing, he’s kept us informed.
