She has many connections in the business which proved helpful when several issues came up during the home buying process that needed to be dealt with. She was always efficient and kept the process moving along. She would check in frequently to see if there was anything she could do to help. We appreciated having her as part of our team for this purchase and would absolutely partner with her again in the future.

Linda not only helped us with the purchase of our new dream home, but also got us top dollar for our previous house. She handled all the big and little details so that when settlement day came all that was left was signing the final papers. Maria "knocked it out of the park" as our realtor! She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). I don't know how you can do better than that! We wanted to upgrade our home before the sale but we needed design guidance. Maria helped us make our selections for fixtures & colors and even went with me to Lowe's to help select specific items. She was very responsive & always returned calls/texts in a timely fashion. She also recommended great contractors for items that required repair. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Maria's service and would highly recommend her.
