The experience was excellent! Billie Ann has top notch market knowledge and communication skills. She handled everything with ease. Had answers for our numerous questions. Knows Madison County like the back of her hand. Definitely, will be our go to person whenever we look at any type of real-estate.

This was our first time buying a home, and it is such a stressful and overwhelming experience I hope I never have to go through again (though if I did, Deb would be my first phone call!) But Deb was with us the whole time, answered every question, never pressured us in any way, she truly wanted us to be 100% happy with our purchase. At times she felt like a protective mother, and I don’t mean that she was overbearing or controlling. I mean that she genuinely had our best interests at heart. Every person she recommended was stellar at their job. She is professional, personable and amazing at her job. I would recommend her to everyone. We are so so so happy in our neighborhood and with our house. Since we’ve settled in, Deb has checked in a few times to make sure we’re doing well.

Victor was awesome during our whole selling process. He tells you things they way it is and doesnt go around the bushes which you NEED during some of the most stressful times. We appreciate his support, knowledge and patience. We will look for Victor if we decide to buy/sell again in New Jersey. Fully recommended.
