We needed to sell our home by a specific date in January. Kathy worked with a local realtor to find a buyer. Not just any buyer, but one that met our move & closing date. Above & beyond that, at the actual closing, Kathy went out of her way and brought the closing proceeds of our old home to the closing of our new home. She saved the day! Kathy is a true professional, and very personable.

All the while, he was there for me and responded appropriately with wherever my level of urgency was at the moment. With his patience and diligence, we found my house and he went out of his way to assist me in making this decision from 3000 miles away. I highly recommend him.
