I had such a wonderful experience working with Rosie! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to answer questions, explain every step of the process, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your decisions. Her communication is excellent, and she always goes above and beyond to help. What really sets Rosie apart is her honesty, dedication, and willingness to put her clients’ best interests first. I highly recommend Rosie to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor!

I met Rosie at a friend’s baby shower and reached out to her later that week. My husband and I were looking for a more affordable apartment and she immediately told me she had a place in mind for us... and she was so right! We were hoping to lower our rent, and somehow she helped us go from a one-bedroom to a three-bedroom for less than what we were paying before. The apartment checked so many boxes for us. It’s much bigger, it’s close to my best friend, and it felt like somewhere we could really see ourselves getting comfortable and making a home. Rosie was also so easy to work with. Everything moved incredibly quickly. Our first conversation to seeing the apartment and getting through the process all happened within about a week. We honestly could have signed the lease that same week if there hadn’t been a delay on my end. She was representing the landlords as well, and when we met them, we immediately felt grateful to have been connected with such a kind couple. The whole experience just felt like a really good fit from start to finish. We feel really lucky that we happened to meet Rosie when we did, and I would absolutely recommend her to a friend looking for a realtor!

Carol is a highly regarded expert in real estate in our area. She is terrific to work with and guides you through the process in an easy going, self-assured way. She is a straight shooter and will give you candid advice about what is needed to showcase and sell your home. She is also a savvy negotiator with incredible wisdom about the market. We highly recommend Carol!

What a pleasure it was working with Carol to sell our home. Her advice on getting the house prepared for sale was especially helpful. A few small upgrades made a big difference. She developed a well-designed marketing plan that generated a lot of buyer interest and a quick sale. Thank you Carol!

Carol was recommended, after considerable research, by a real estate agent in Hawaii where I live. As trustee for my disabled sister, I needed to sell her house in New Jersey to pay for her long term care. Carol helped me find contractors for needed repairs and directed me to very capable legal counsel. Most importantly, Carol advertised and showed the house so expertly that we had multiple offers after her open house. Her advice and crisis management skills resulted in a very successful real estate sale.
