Carol was recommended, after considerable research, by a real estate agent in Hawaii where I live. As trustee for my disabled sister, I needed to sell her house in New Jersey to pay for her long term care. Carol helped me find contractors for needed repairs and directed me to very capable legal counsel. Most importantly, Carol advertised and showed the house so expertly that we had multiple offers after her open house. Her advice and crisis management skills resulted in a very successful real estate sale.

Carol was excellent and made listing and selling our home very easy. She knew the market well and worked around our schedule for showings. Carol did a great job to market our home in advance of the showings to minimize the time we had to be out of the house. Once our home went on the market, Carol presented us with multiple offers in just 2 days! I would highly recommend Carol to anyone looking to sell their home.
