So grateful we found Rosie!

I met Rosie at a friend’s baby shower and reached out to her later that week. My husband and I were looking for a more affordable apartment and she immediately told me she had a place in mind for us... and she was so right! We were hoping to lower our rent, and somehow she helped us go from a one-bedroom to a three-bedroom for less than what we were paying before. The apartment checked so many boxes for us. It’s much bigger, it’s close to my best friend, and it felt like somewhere we could really see ourselves getting comfortable and making a home. Rosie was also so easy to work with. Everything moved incredibly quickly. Our first conversation to seeing the apartment and getting through the process all happened within about a week. We honestly could have signed the lease that same week if there hadn’t been a delay on my end. She was representing the landlords as well, and when we met them, we immediately felt grateful to have been connected with such a kind couple. The whole experience just felt like a really good fit from start to finish. We feel really lucky that we happened to meet Rosie when we did, and I would absolutely recommend her to a friend looking for a realtor!
