Dennis is no nonsense, very knowledgeable and always accessible through out the selling and buying process. I’ve used him on both sides. He is very good at negotiating on my behalf and recognizing when and how best to avoid potential drama and/or friction that can occur when dealing with such important matters.

When I tell you James helped me so much, he went above and beyond!!!!! and that’s an understatement! On so many occasions he had to do the work that the bank should have done which is horrible. shame on you M&T Bank! This was the most frustrating deal ever, and i mean FRUSTRATING-if I did not have James as a Broker, this deal would not have gone through. All I can do is give him a million stars for this review, He cared so much that I didn’t lose my down payment, this man seriously worked miracles, couldn’t be more pleased!
