Lynne was fantastic to work with in buying a home for me and my fiance - it can be a very stressful process but she was very kind, patient, but also fought for us during the several months it took us to find a house that worked for us. She is very knowledgeable in the process, which we truly appreciated because as first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect. When we asked her for her opinion on things, she treated us as people first and gave us honest answers so we didn't feel rushed or pressured into a house that wasn't right for us. We knew she was helping other clients concurrently as she was helping us, but she always made time for us. We started looking at houses seriously around Feb-Mar of 2018 which is about when we started working with Lynne. We went under contract with 2 houses (with full inspections) during that time but we had to walk away from both houses due to septic issues. Lynne was wonderfully supportive and understanding throughout it all. Even though we were all disappointed that we had to walk away, she stayed positive and reassured us that they weren't the right ones. She was right, we found our current house, closed Dec '18, and we love it. No house is perfect, but ours is pretty darn close. While I am so happy to be done our search and do not plan to move again any time soon, I do truly miss going to see houses with Lynne and would absolutely work with her again! Insightful, courteous and hard working. He was persistent and patient in helping us find our desired home. He has a great fund of knowledge and if he didn’t have the answer to a particular question he had a wealth of connections to provide a timely response. He assisted us finding our home, renting our current home and ensured a smooth buying process. We closed on time and are greatly pleased with our new home!
