Within one conversation, Shana and I quickly connected, and she understood what we were looking for in a rental apartment. Shana always responded to texts, making communication easy between us. She answered my questions and eased my concerns about the process. She was very professional, serving as the bridge between us and the apartment owner. And she remains responsive to all questions even after we moved in.

Shana spent a great deal of time both communicating with us and searching for what we were looking for. She kept us informed as to what was happening and gave us information as it came in. She help us negotiate in a difficult market after a long search and finally were able to successfully accomplish a winning bid. Shana worked hard to diligently to accomplish a successful conclusion to include coordinating attorneys, inspectors, realtors all parties involved.

Marry Ellen is a truly the definition of a great real state agent that you want by your side in every transaction. She is on top of everything, highly responsive, and pleasant to deal with. I highly and warmly recommend her
