I was looking for a nice apartment closer to the train station within my budget constraints and Jessica came out with a couple of good options near by. She was to negotiate a reduction of the asked monthly rent in my elected apartment. If you are looking for a worthy agent, don't doubt to contact her.

Jessica and I initially met to look at a different unit. Though I liked the unit, the location was not ideal. Jessica was quick to suggest a unit on the same street that, not only in a much more amenable spot for me, seemed too good to be true. Just a day later, we were inspecting the second apartment and I was immediately enamored. I informed Jessica of my interest in the unit and that if we could align and move quickly, I could move in within a week. Jessica was extremely responsive during the whole process, from sending me all the necessary paperwork to liaising between the owners and myself. An extremely stressful whirlwind week became much easier with Jessica's help. A true pleasure to work with!
