It was such a pleasure working with Karina. I happen to meet Karina at an open house I attended, while in search of purchasing my first home. As you can imaging the many emotions involved in this arduous process; however Karina made it a lot easier, enjoyable and seamless. In two days from our initial meet-up, I noticed an email from her with a step-by-step guide of the process of purchasing a home. I was very grateful, as she listed a team of experts from bankers to inspectors to lawyers- the whole gamut. She's is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the whole processed involved with purchasing a home. When my anxiety had the best of me, it was Karina I called, and she always picked up the phone. She was front and center at each stage of my house-buying process. Karina was there at my closing, balloons, flowers and a gift in hand. She was as excited as I was- she dressed up for the occasion and took many pictures. She even took my family and I out for lunch to celebrate this huge accomplishment. Karina has a heart of gold and treated me like I was family. I felt she had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Where do I start? My wife and I had a number we thought we should sell the home for. I had 9 different agents come to my home to assess the property and give me their thoughts on where we should list. All 9 agents lowballed my home so that they can have an easy sell and a quick commission. I then called my 10th agent. Johnny Guan. Johnny came in with his team spent several hours with my wife and I and explained every single situation that we were getting ready to encounter both good and bad. He then told us what he thought we should list the home at. My wife and I knew at that moment that we had found the right person to sell our home. We felt that he went above and beyond to document our home and show the future buyers why they needed to have our home at the price we wanted. We had multiple showings, potential buyers flew in from different parts of the country. My wife and I were floored at how Johnny marketed our property. Within the first week we had multiple offers. Johnny didn't just jump at the first high offer. He told us if we wanted to take that offer we could but we had a few more showings to go so lets wait and see what happens. We did and we received an offer that was substantially higher than any other that was on the table. Johnny walked us through closing and the move. He gave us the best advice from his years of being an agent and a real estate investor. I normally don't leave reviews of this length and this descriptive but for any one that is looking for an agent that is going to go the extra mile and actually cares about your pockets instead of their own Johnny Guan is the agent for you!!!
