Kate is the best!
Kate is the opposite of the negative stereotype of real estate agents. She was so kind, patient, understanding, and interested in us as a buyers and people. Kate was immediately responsive, no matter the time, day, or question. Kate knew the market, available inventory, and most importantly, our situation. Kate always made us feel like she was on our team and was looking out for us. We cannot recommend her enough.
