Shane was very responsive, he seemed to be knowledgeable, anything he wasn’t sure of he would get back to me quickly after researching. He was prompt, but not pushy, with a relaxed, fun vibe. He’s very positive and happy, yet professional and serious at the same time. Anything you requested he may happen. We are very happy with the work you did for us and we are looking forward to possibly working with him again in the future. We would be happy to do that.

My home buying process was complex- Bill showed consistency and a careful approach. He was well informed and his advice was unerringly well considered and helpful.
