Shane was very responsive, he seemed to be knowledgeable, anything he wasn’t sure of he would get back to me quickly after researching. He was prompt, but not pushy, with a relaxed, fun vibe. He’s very positive and happy, yet professional and serious at the same time. Anything you requested he may happen.
