On a Marlborough listing that attracted multiple offers, she gave me a clear read on pricing, timing, and how an escalation could work, while also lining up solid alternatives, including a back out clause property and a FSBO, and explaining the pros and cons of each. When a title question came up near the finish line, Heather spotted the issue, coordinated with the closing attorney, and kept the deal clean by securing the right deed language. She also helped schedule inspections, kept the appraisal and financing milestones on track, and made closing logistics simple. Heather is professional, patient, and a strong advocate. Arden took a subtle approach to our needs. We informed her that we were not going to look until after this summer. She sent us listings as they came up between our price range, but did not pressure us. If she did we would’ve cut ties with her. One of the listings she sent us we were very interested in and moved forward. We made an offer and she got that done even though we had a house sale contingency. We then had our place under contract with a VERY DIFFICULT buyer and agent. There were many difficult conversations with me not aimed at Arden but at the buyers agent. During this time Arden maintained a very high level of professionalism with a difficult client (me) She stayed positive and upbeat while dealing with the situation and in the end got the deal DONE. Emily did a fabulous job with the selling of our home in Intervale NH while we were in Florida. She answered every single question I had quickly, with profound knowledge and I never had any doubt.
