`We bought and sold our homes thanks to Ardens never ending hard work and market experience. Dealing with us was not always easy due to our advanced ages and sometimes limited communication skills. One of the listings she sent us we were very interested in and moved forward. We made an offer and she got that done even though we had a house sale contingency. We then had our place under contract with a VERY DIFFICULT buyer and agent. There were many difficult conversations with me not aimed at Arden but at the buyers agent. During this time Arden maintained a very high level of professionalism with a difficult client (me) She stayed positive and upbeat while dealing with the situation and in the end got the deal DONE.
