She found the perfect home for me and they accepted my offer. It was contingent on selling my 45 year old home, which she did in 48 HOURS! The whole deal (sale and purchase) was wrapped up in three weeks and for medical reasons, time was of the essence. Olga was conscientious, paid attention to and understood my needs, reassured me when I had doubts about making such a large move and ALWAYS got right back to me when I left voicemails with questions. She knows and understands her business, and explained things to me when I found them hard to understand. Besides her knowledge and ease in handling all my concerns, she is amazingly personable, cheerful, professional and positive. I was never in doubt that she would find me what I needed and she did. From around September 2025 till March 2026 I worked closely with Shane to get my house sold. I knew Shane was the guy when I saw him talking local real estate on YouTube. Shane was highly professional, personable, and always kept me in the know regardless of what part of the process we were in. He kept me up to date frequently with buyer changes, updates and new addendums to paperwork and was a tremendous resource overall. I couldn’t recommend working with him enough!
