When it came time to write an offer, he knew the market conditions, what would be competitive, and also in the best financial interest of my parents. As they settled into their new home and inevitably, things came up, Forrest helped us AFTER the sale to make sure they had the right people to help with repairs and additions.

He was so very patient with us. He was very knowledgeable about the area and listened to what we said about likes and dislikes until we found our home. He had the patience of Job when he found house after house with something we didn't like about it. He also pointed out things that wouldn't work for us. For instance, since we are new to the area, he pointed out a driveway that would be a nightmare to navigate in the winter because of the degree of drop.
