She also adds placards to highlight custom items or features in a home that would otherwise be overlooked during a walk through. This is especially important when a home has special features that isn’t always appreciated at first glance. People walking through a home have so much to look at these details can get missed. ( i.e... dovetailed drawers in a custom built kitchen or dimable LED lighting...... features that adds value). Overall Lisa cares about her clients and follows up with constant communication and truly works for you. She sold my home in a few hours.

My realtor was phenomenal, truly. Maria went above in beyond to get me to the closing (deck). We closed April of 2020, one month into the pandemic and it was a bit of torture for a first time buyer. The seller left EVERYTHING up to my agent. Maria covered the cost of the smoke certification and made sure it got done by face timing the fire chief to get signed off for closing. Maria is very aware of what’s happening in the market and is kind and professional. 10/10 highly recommended! Oh and to top it off, she gifted up a new dining room set to say thank you as a closing gift. It wasn’t the cookie cutter first time home buying experience I had thigh but because of Maria it came to fruition and I’m loving my beautiful new home.

Adeline was beyond absolutely amazing. My family had to move from California to Massachusetts due to military orders. Since we were buying sight unseen she had to be our eyes. She video chatted us house tours, gave us her absolute honest opinion about the homes we looked at and was great at responding to our questions even with the time difference!
