We just sold our first home and moved into our dream home thanks to Kevin, Rachel and Marie! We worked with Kevin and team 2 years ago to buy our first home in Newburyport and with the addition of our second baby, we quickly realized we needed more space and a yard. Kevin helped us strategize the best move forward for our family and the possible outcomes of selling our current home while trying to buy. When our new home was listed, the team immediately set up a showing the next day and I turned to Kevin and said “ ok, how do we make this happen?”. We put in a smart and competitive offer and was able to have our offer accepted before the open houses that weekend. We are forever grateful for Kevin and Team for getting us into our forever home!

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Robin as our realtor. She was always professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She maintained her professional integrity throughout our various transactions and we always felt she had our best interests at heart. We would highly recommend Robin to anyone looking to buying or selling a home.
