For folks moving to or from Delaware and the Philadelphia area, we recommend Shakita Boswell as highly as anyone can be recommended. Getting older, we sold our home in Wilmington DE and bought a larger one in Bechtelsville, PA to move in with our daughter, son and grandson. There were four adults all clamoring for details and not always communicating clearly with ourselves. Shakita’s ability to anticipate our concerns and manage communications among us was vital to smoothing our ride across this unsettling change. Without her physical energy helping us at crucial times, we could not have staged the home for showing or packed it properly for moving. And her negotiating skills are top notch. She got us the asking price plus more for the as-is sale. We loved our home in Wilmington. With family around us, we are learning to love our new home even more. Thank you, Shakita Boswell! We recommend you to anyone who will listen!
