My agent was fantastic. She went over the top in expediting things. There was quite a bit of drama due to water problems in the basement and other things that fell apart just a few days before settlement. She held my hand and took the lead in resolving the issues. My career was in Facilities and Construction Management. Problem solving was my expertise. But at 71 yrs., I could easily see that I was no longer at the top of my game. Thank God for Marguerite. She handled everything with professionalism, empathy and confidence. I can’t say enough good things about her. With her as my agent and the Patterson Schwartz name behind her, I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. It was a long process but all good.
