A professional with extensive knowledge of all details in a sale or purchase

We have dealt with David on our second purchase and will keep him for our future residential needs . We did a 1031 exchange and he was very knowledgable about that . He also is always in contact with the sellers or buyers agent so that the sale stays in the time limit and the process is easy . Highly recommended .

Highly Recommend David Dilks

David is an excellent agent! He seems to work 24/7 and goes above and beyond. He is not only a great agent, but a great person as well. He really cares that you get the house that you want or sell for the best price. I have had the pleasure of working with him for selling and buying homes in Las Vegas. I definitely recommend him for selling and buying. I would not hesitate to work with him again, but I no longer live in Las Vegas.
