Three years ago we contacted Matt when we were thinking of relocating from Bishop, CA to the Reno/Sparks, NV area. Matt spent a considerable amount of time getting to know us via phone calls and email. When we made out first trip to Nevada to look at property, it was evident that Matt had done his homework. The first properties he showed us gave us a great overview of different areas and communities. We made several trips back to the Sparks/Reno during the next two years. Matt continued to show us homes and provide us with information on listings he thought we would be interested in. He never pushed us, knowing we weren't quite ready to make the move, but always provided information and updates. When we finally were ready, so was Matt! He had a list of homes that fit our criteria and within a week we were negotiating the purchase of our dream home. During the negotiaions and escrow part of the purchase, Matt was an expert. He did a great job of negotiating a fair purchase price, walked us through the escrow process, arranged for inspections and met us at the property on several occasions so we could take measurements, etc. He really went above what his duties required. AND he did it with a smile, sense of humor and a positive attitude that really gave us confidence through the whole process. If we could give him 10 stars we would!

I met Candi when she was selling a house in my neighborhood Somersett, Reno, NV. My husband & I were getting ready to move back to the Bay Area and we were going to lease our Reno home. 18 months later we decided to sell. Candi had given me her card so I called her regarding the listing. This was in November 2018. The house sold and closed in January 2019.
