After 3 months on the market, we finally received a proper offer, everything looked great, then problems came up with the buyer, the buyers agent and some other guy involved. These three were very unprofessional, had no clue as to how buying a home works. Paperwork wrong, names wrong, and asked for signing to be pushed back twice. During all of this I received a call from Patrick everyday with updates, he had to basically walk these people through The Whole signing process. Those people were idiots and I feel sorry for whoever uses them In the future. If it wasn’t for Patrick and his extensive knowledge of home buying and selling this deal would not have happened. Partrick was on top of this home sale and ahead of the buyers the whole way through. Thank you so much.
