Thank you Patricia for all the extra work you had to do to get this property sold. As an out of town seller, you were able to take care of things when I could not. I appreciate your arranging for and supervising the cleaning and repairs that had to be done to the property for it to sell. We listed the property just as the market went south and interest rates went up. I know this was a tough sale. Thank you for keeping me informed in a timely manner on everything.
