Talk about patience, we tested Samantha to the max. With me not making up my mind as to where I wanted to live, Henderson or Summerlin. I had had an accident and was not able to walk and she packed and unpacked my knee scooter with every single stop in the heat of August. I was totally wishy-washy to the whole process. She made sure we were fully informed every step of the way. She helped facilitate the close on our house in Vegas which coincided with the close on our house in Palm Springs . Everything happened in the same day which was a true miracle . I'm guessing she must have shown us at least 15 homes.

Firstly, her comps were in line with my expectations which I believe made the difference between selling quickly & being on the market too long. She is also detail oriented, making sure all “i’s were dotted & t’s” crossed. Banu also gave me good advice on how to stage my home & my house sold within a week! All in all, it was a good experience & I’m happy to have had her expertise throughout the process of making a major move.

Samwyl did an amazing job helping us sell our house. We were in a time crunch to sell our house and Sam was able to finalize the sale within a month. Was very communicative and always let us know in a timely manner about upcoming showings. He also helped us with the purchase of our new home and did an amazing job keeping us updated at all times.
