I was assisting my elderly neighbour/friend sell his property located in Los Vegas. Joe Cervoni was our selling agent. We live in Sydney Australia so there were several hurdles to overcome like time zones, currency, taxes, and the list goes on. My elderly friend was computer challenged as well. This realtor has done the impossible and his performance has been outstanding/amazing and his knowledge is overwhelming and over the top, really over-the-TOP! He should be an example to all who works around him and should be the top leader in his field/profession. Not enough can be said about this professional as he has gone above/beyond to levels (HIGH) that no other can attain in his field. He’s one of a kind & anyone who works alongside him should be proud they’ve had that privilege. I see him being the #1 & only one in his field, like the top draft pick in the USA!
