My rental home in Las Vegas I owned for 19 years. The past few years Leo caught my attention with his communication skills. When I was ready to list the home Leo was able to provide much needed counsel and advice where to spend the money in making the house even more ready for showing. He has unlimited resources of expert help that provided the needed assistance that i desperately needed. He is totally engaged without being pushy and desired to assist in anyway needed. The home was listed and within days the home went under contract. His follow through was amazing and appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend his services and trust him totally to represent me as the seller. I doubt any other agent would have been able to do what he did for the sale of this home. As a Real Estate Agent in Utah for many years I know a great agent when I see one. I couldn't have been happier about his service and only hope someday I may buy again in Nevada as he would be my chosen agent. He saved me many dollars in so many ways.
