Patient & tenacious. I have to use a walker, & Kathy showed us homes to fit our abilities as senior citizens. She could tell if I was struggling, even as I tried my best to maneuver in different layouts. She also pointed out potential drawbacks inside & out. I do love my gardens, but I’m not so nimble now. One listing had a yard that sparked memories of my childhood but would have been unrealistic now. Another listing where we made a cash offer didn’t want to bargain with us. We followed Kathy’s recommendation & passed. I see where it still hasn’t sold, yet. Kathy also took the time to explain how some properties can have 2 HOA fees. Having inherited my home, & coming from CA, this was foreign to us. It also helped to narrow our search. After a hair-raising episode to get our money from CA, which she sweated out along with us, everything fell into place at the 11th hour, & escrow was completed on time. I don’t know how some folks can buy homes like they’re going to the grocery store, but if I had to do it again, I’m bringing Kathy Stromer a big bottle of aspirin to put up with me.

What an amazing real estate agent. Did her absolute best to accommodate our request and stopped at nothing to make sure they were met. She would answer her phone on weekends and afterhours and answered all question to the best of her ability.
