I highly recommend Mike and his team when looking to purchase a new home. I moved to Las Vegas in June of 2021. The market was crazy, but Mike and his team where very patient in helping me choose the home that was right for my family. I was out of state for all of the showings but they accommodated one of my friends who did all of the showings for me via FaceTime. Mike and his team answered all of my questions, sometimes the same question 2 or 3 times quickly and efficiently. Mike and his team worked quickly to help me close on my house in just weeks so that when I relocated I could move right into my house and get settled. Even a month later Mike has checked in to make sure I am getting settled. If you are in the Las Vegas area I highly recommend Mike and his team for all your real estate needs.

I’ve sold and sold at least 5 homes in just Las Vegas and Suzanne not only knew what to fix in my home prior to selling, but what to sell for, what to accept, what to counter, and everything in-between. I had 3 offers within 10 days and prior to an open house that was going to have. I was worried about getting offers since the interest rates were high but apparently had nothing to worry about having Suzanne as my realtor!!
