The selling of my home was quick, and full of twists and turns. Delinda and her team were there as each development unfolded. Downsizing from 2000 sq ft to 250 sq ft has unique challenges. Very happy with all the work Coty put in to making my purchase work. Her communication was on point, she was very prompt and took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with her experience in the market and the advice she has. I went through a couple purchase contracts with another relator that had 20 years of supposed experience and they didn’t do half as much as Coty did to negotiate a deal.
