I just purchased an investment property but more importantly Kumiko has been my agent for 5+ years. It all began when I moved to the city and needed a place to rent. She ran down all of my options and showed them to me. The place I was initially expected to rent had a couple of red flags that I think only a keen observer like Kumiko would have noticed. Because of that, I knew there was nobody else that I could trust to get me sorted out. Since then, I have purchased my primary residence, purchased investment property. And I can attest to the fact that she's very knowledgeable in all of these areas and will patiently devote herself to making sure you're happy.

Kumiko is so generous and sincerity attitude to deal with people. We ware first buyer and didn’t have any experience about buying house but she helped us very nice and patient. We finally got our own house. We are super happy! We highly recommend Kumiko.

Kumiko is a very detailed and attentive agent. Once we moved out of the house, she did a very good job of making the house appealing and presentable to buyers. It is no surprise that we quickly got an offer! There were a couple bumps in the road, but Kumiko always kept us updated on what was happening and offered suggestions about the best way to proceed, and she diligently answered all of the many questions we had!

We found Kumiko through a neighbor who was also listing similar condo we wanted to sell. She great from the start. Very kind, easy to work with, on top of doing a great job as an agent. Knew the areas and gave great advise. Helped show the property and was respectful of the still occupied residence of elderly parents while bringing viewers in. Sale went through nicely. Then we decided to purchase another in Las Vegas, instead moving out of town. She helped us buy and got into a new home all in short time. Highly recommend Kumiko and would do be the first I go to next time!
