My wife and I had no clue about the area. One day I googled Las Vegas realtor and Patty came up. So grateful she did! She was in constant communication with us step by step always listening to our needs and helped find us our perfect home in our perfect neighborhood! Would rate Patty as high as I could. She’s a great agent. Takes time to get to know us and found us exactly what we wanted in our budget! Thanks Patty!!!

We found Patty online and decided to take a chance - we LOVED working with her and LOVE her as a person. She is down to Earth and doesn't waste your time. She listens to your wants/needs and shows you places you didn't even imagine you'd consider. We ended up buying one of those places! She will help you get the best deal and help the transaction go smoothly. I hope we never move again. But if we do, we will definitely be calling up Patty! :)

I highly recommend Patty! She went above and beyond, she is "hand on", literally. After referring some NEEDED professionals who provided great workmanship, she then proceeded to wax/mop my hardwood floors for the absolute best shine for the pictures. I wasn't selling a big home, it was a low end condo. It SOLD fast and I will use her for ALL of my real estate needs.
