Going in blind, I had no idea who to hire as a real estate agent. However, from our very first telephone interaction with Jack, I felt immediately comfortable. As a first-time seller living out of state, I was completely new to the process and had a lot of questions, but Jack was absolutely on top of his game from day one. He was always happy to help and incredibly quick to answer every question and address any concerns I had.He truly cares for his clients and always focuses on doing right by them. Since I was managing this sale from a distance, he went above and beyond by being incredibly helpful with even the smallest of tasks I couldn't handle myself. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, kind, honest, and professional in every single area. High praises all around for an exceptional real estate agent!

I cannot say enough great things about Kristi. She is a total professional, and will also offer a calming presence throughout the entire process. Buying my first home meant a lot of anxiety from me. I had so many questions. Fear had kept me from taking the homeowner journey for a long time. Kristi was so patient and a counselor to me the whole way. She balances human touch with skill in the real estate game. She very knowledgeable and will answer any question promptly. She navigates all the difficult terrain of buying a home. She will go to bat, when you need a tough negotiator. What truly sets Kristi apart is her genuine kindness and integrity. She does what she says. She cares about her clients. She will help you to the correct decision. She will earn your trust and stay steady until your dream is realized. You just need to show up with a wish list, and she will lead you there OR if you are firm and know what you want- she will find it. I know I would still be renting and only dreaming of a place of my own, if not for Kristi. I am so grateful I took the homeowner journey and that Kristi was at the wheel. The whole process was so quick and easy; all I had to do was show up, sign, and move in. I had attempted to rent just prior to buying and truly, my transaction with Kristi was so much easier, less heavy lifting and the reward is so much greater. I am so happy with my purchase. Kristi is everything you are looking for in a real estate professional. Look no further if you are having any apprehension. Look no further if you know exactly what you want. Kristi has earned my business and referral for life. Because thanks her, I may want to do this again!

We worked with our agent for a full year as we planned our relocation from Massachusetts to Florida, and over that time, she became much more than our real estate agent—she became a friend. This was a big move for our family, and we really appreciated her patience as we explored different homes, neighborhoods, and priorities. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted in our next home. We always felt comfortable asking questions, talking through concerns, and being honest about what felt right for us. Her communication made the process so much easier. She was responsive, approachable, and willing to walk us through the details. Working together from another state could have been stressful, but having someone we trusted in Florida made a real difference. Her knowledge of Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding market helped us narrow our search and feel confident about where we wanted to live. When we found our home, she guided us through the offer and negotiations with professionalism and care, keeping our interests in mind and helping us understand our options. What stands out most is the relationship we built throughout that year. We shared plenty of conversations and laughs along the way, and she made the experience feel personal. We felt she cared about helping our family find a place where we would be happy. We are now settled into our Florida home and are so grateful she was part of this chapter in our lives. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or relocating, especially those who want a knowledgeable agent who is also a warm, caring person.
