I was referred to Randi through a mutual friend when I wanted to rent out my condo. Randi was on top of it from day one. (Also knew when someone was trying to pull a fast one ;) ). Always keeping me up to date on potential renters, answered any of my concerns and always returned phone calls and e-mails. If repairs were needed she handled everything. I had the best tenants for over 8 years with Randi as the managing agent. I thanked her for that. Randi was also the selling agent when I recently sold my condo and I can't be more thankful to her. She's always professional, on time and gets the job done while always in contact with me. I would definitely use her again!!!

Kyle is extremely knowledgeable on the intricacies of the market but more importantly, his clients are a priority in his business. That is an awesome combo for any field. Many agents have knowledge of the market but lack communication with their clients. Kyle has one of most important and intangible abilities in any profession and it is RELIABILITY.
