Has a good contract...the buyer was great but the buyer's buyer's bank kept delaying and Ali was persistent and was able to get the closing in time for my to close on my new home in another state... I so appreciate her hard work... I am now settled in my new home... If you want a had working agent..Ali is the agent for you!!
