I would highly recommend Francesca Gilbert to anyone looking to buy a home. This was mine and my husband’s first home purchase and she was so patient with us during the whole process. We started looking for a home in January of 2024 and she found us our forever home 5 months later. Francesca has a great personality and will always give you a straight and forward answer no matter what. She made the home buying experience easy by keeping us updated and offering great advice and guidance throughout the whole process. She always went out of her way to make sure all of our question and concerns were addressed. My husband and I know that we can always count on her whenever we have questions about our, even if it's years down the road.

We loved working with Francesca and highly recommend her as an agent! She was super helpful before, during and even AFTER our home purchase. She also had a lot of patience when it came to all the homes we looked at (a lot!).

Truly the best real estate experience I ever had, and I have done a lot of deals. Francesca came highly recommended, and I chose to work with her mainly because of her vast and extensive experience in the Las Vegas Market. But very quickly I learned what an amazing personality she has and that made working with her a true pleasure. The very first consultation was eye-opening, I didn’t think I needed an agent, but very quickly I learned I did.... you don’t know what you don’t know. The countless showings Francesca seamlessly organized, her expertise in crafting a strong offer, and her incredible negotiation skills got me an amazing deal in the perfect area! Her strength… all of it, she is truly the most knowledgeable Agent I ever encountered. There were several difficult moments, but I always felt extremely well-advised and never had to worry about any logistics. Here is the best thing about hiring Francesca, when you hire Francesca, you get Francesca 😊 Francesca, you made the process simple and easy to understand, and I appreciated your patience and expertise. Your insight was extremely valuable, and I know I could not have done this without you. THANK YOU!!!
