Freddy is the most patient and understanding realtor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We must have looked at different homes in different locations for more than two years and he was always there to answer the call. He never tried to rush us, never tried to pressure us into getting something that we were less than 100% with. We ultimately found the house that we truly wanted, in the area that was best for our family and we couldn’t be happier. I can’t express how grateful we are for his patience and diligence. He is a throwback to the realtors of old that cared more about getting you the right home instead of getting a quick commission check. There is no agenda with Freddy. What you can expect is honesty, integrity, patience and respect. In my book that goes a long way! He is an adamant professional and always ready to answer questions by phone or text at all hours of the day. I honestly thought we were becoming a nuisance with how much we bombarded Freddy with questions and viewing requests but nothing but a smile and respect back our way. Most realtors would have stopped calling us back a year ago. That’s why we appreciate all of his hard work and commitment to helping our family find the right home. We have already recommended Freddy to our friends and family and their feedback has been the same. It’s good to have someone who you can trust that’s on your team. That’s the most important thing when you are looking to buy or sell something that’s as important as your home, and Freddy has forever earned our business and respect! Thank you!

Bill is an excellent agent. I couldn't have done it without him. He solved a number of issues including: finding a plumber and holding an estate sale for my father's furniture. I live out of state and he handled everything for me. I highly recommend him and will do business with him in the future if I'm looking for property in the Las Vegas area.
