I know this review is just a liiiiiittle late but thought I would write it anyway. We bought our first house through Brian almost 10 years ago. During that time I was stationed overseas in the USAF and most of the process was completed via email or over the phone. Brian was available day or night to answer any of the 1000 questions we had. He is a master negotiator and was able to get us an unbelievable price for our home. When we buy our retirement home in LV you better believe that Brian will be the first person we call to assist us.

Teresa and her team, Claire and Steve were fantastic. The intimately know the Las Vegas area after more than 25 years of experience each. They listened closely to what I was looking for and found me the perfect house. Teresa walked me through the buying process in great detail. She was very easy to connect with and always available. I felt like I was her only client. After the home was purchased I needed to remodel it from top to bottom. She and her team had a list of very capable tradesmen who I hired to complete the work. They all performed above my expectations. I am so glad I relied on Teresa for these recommendations. I had no idea a real estate agent would do this. There are too many examples of her going above and beyond what I ever expected and agent to do. She treated me like family. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have every had and I'm 71 years old. What a gift she is. My hat is off to you with much appreciation.
