I was referred to Melissa through a mutual friend. As first time home buyers I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She let us know up front that she was there to help us and would do everything in her power to get us the home we wanted. She kept us updated every step of the way and explained the whole process so that things were a little less stressful. she was very professional and got to know us personally which helped our experience and allowed her to better find the right home for us. We would definitely go to her again for any future home buying/selling.

I highly recommend my listing agent and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you’re looking professionals who are knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to their clients’ success, you won’t find a better team. Thank you for making the sale of my condo such a positive experience!

MaryRose is an amazing realtor, and I am beyond grateful for her help. MaryRose assisted with selling my parent’s home, which required an expedited sale to ensure my parent’s financial stability. During this uncertain economy, MaryRose ensured the house received significant exposure and collaborated with the realty community, which resulted in a satisfactory sale. MaryRose was always available for any questions and ensured the closing process moved quickly and efficiently. MaryRose is very transparent with the fees, costs, and documents relating to securing her as the agent, the services her brokerage provides, and the closing costs. I will definitely request MaryRose’s assistance with my future realty needs and recommend her services!
